Pros

A team from all over the world that encourages you to grow and welcomes you warmly. Coming from hospitality I loved the schedule and the regular breaks.

Cons

Call center cons: The job can be mentally tiring. You need to be comfortable dealing with conflict and handling situations very quickly.
