Diverse cultures, numerous languages, global reach, strong brand reputation. customer centric approach. comprehensive employee benefits such as team building activities and office celebrations also recognition, cultural events, social clubs. wellness programs. Can apply to different roles within, journey of growth chances.

Communication gaps, top-down decision making, recognitions of course may come with additional responsibilities or expectations can be made without employees input affective active engagement, Unclear objectives with rapid changes and updates constantly. Morale affected, Busy environment with multiple channels to handle. Business needs overemphasis, Performance constantly policed flagging numbers results other than the actual person, although you will find people seeing through this so it's key to be honest and open for constant feedback. Might feel overwhelming. Training and coaching might not be enough or properly adjusted.
