Morale affected, Busy environment with multiple channels to handle. Business needs overemphasis, Performance constantly policed flagging numbers results other than the actual person, although you will find people seeing through this so it's key to be honest and open for constant feedback. Pros

Extremely open to internal movement and promotions internally, more than any company I've worked for before. Very nice office benefits (Snacks, drinks, food, VR room, games room, Foosball table) Very strong, approachable and knowledgeable senior management.

Cons

Fast paced environment, there is frequently change and while this can help in providing opportunity for personal growth, it can be fast paced, especially with people with less experience to draw from.
