Pros

It is a company that thrives for employees to feel welcomed, part of the group, and there are many opportunities to grow and develop yourself. The salary goes well with the positions and the annual leave is good, also nice benefits. The international environment for me is wonderful, you have colleagues from all over the world. This is one of the best jobs I've had for sure.

Cons

As every company, there are cons as well: they tend to make innumerous changes that will test one's resilience and patience. The KPI's can be unfair in some points. Everything is quite controlled and you have to be prepared to have everything you do accounted for. It takes a huge while to adjust, and to get used to the frenetic changes, but once you climatize yourself to the work culture, it becomes natural and with the right mindset you can grow to better positions.
