Pros

Multicultural team and a kind of family atmosphere

Cons

High fluctuation in personal and management. Trip.com started off as this cool workplace with table Foosball in a joyful office. In the end when the company after nearly 5 years increasingly harder work conditions had burned me out fully, they let me go 2 months before my 5 year celebration. Trip tried to not pay the yearly bonus and only did so a year later. It all had sounded so wonderfully at the start and ended in a burn out for me. Of course this is a very personal experience but all of my colleagues I started with had left the company for the same reasons. I should have gone with them
