There is so many reason, but the environment makes a difference. Despite the fact we need to provided to our customer the best customer service, We always get support from our leaders an colleague how to .Lets not forget the monthly quiz, plus the fruit day among other things that I have never seen in any other company ,I guess this smalls details makes a huge difference.

Cons

The shifts rotation can be difficult some times, but I also understand for some people can be really helpful,
