I would highly recommend working at Trip.com. The people are motivating, dynamic, progressive and fun! You feel like you are part of a big Trip.com family. Working with so many different cultures is a wonderful and unique experience. Everyone shares a love of travel so you find yourself surrounded by interesting and likeminded people. Senior colleagues are very approachable and helpful - everyone has time for you and wants to help where they can. You never stop learning and there is so much variety. Great focus on internal training and career progression. Best place I have ever worked!

Cons

The variety of work and different cultures can be overwhelming (as well as the depth of the industry) if you are not used to it, but so much support is provided and for me it is the best part of the company!
