“Excellent work-life balance with perks such a Travel Allowance and continuous internal rewards. The management team really care about their employees. The office environment is very friendly and multicultural. There are endless opportunities to explore and advance your career at Trip. The TLs are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed.

Cons

Company is growing very fast, so there are things that are evolving that come along with any growing company. With this growth, there is an opportunity to improve and make it better. Company should still look into competitors in UK and review salaries.

I love working with Trip.com and joining my team daily at the office. Everybody is very friendly and you can feel that everyone cares for each other. Very supportive management from my experience which allowed me to progress daily. The opportunities for career development have increased from the time that I was supporting as a customer service agent and I am happy to see more and more people getting promoted.

Cons

I know they are trying but still, the salary could be higher considering the workload and flexibility that I show daily. Also considering the competition the salary is not there yet for level 2.
