Pros

All expenses are paid for, from the flights to the meals during training. When you arrive to your location all supplies are provided, like a comforter, pillow, and bed sheets. Benefits are decent and you get incentives for referring new people.

Cons

Locals are rude! So much down time during work hours. Due to high turnover rate schedules are constantly changing and rarely consistent.

The pay is very competitive, and the benefits are decent. If you are transitioning military or LE with experience it is a great chance to do something new and expand your skill set.

Cons

Hard on family life, make sure your spouse and kids understand there will be adjustments but having a solid plan and maximizing your leave time helps some of the strain.
