Pros

$34/hr. $4/hr goes to either 401k or competitive Health Plan. Lots of hours if you want them. All equipment provided. Extensive training for 3 weeks prior to starting an assignment.

Cons

Assignments for security FEMA disaster centers at short notice. That could entail 12 hour shifts 5/6 days a week for 3/4 months. Lots of mileage and travel around your area. Good money but no cost of living increases.
