Pros
Gained experience that transferred into my future career. Was okay money for early 20s.
Cons
Scheme to milk leads out of younger employees. Harassing leads was very much encouraged. Contract engineers were being called by 20+ TCC employees a day. Wolf of Wall Street posters in the office is never a good sign. Hires too many people then puts even the well-performing ones on Performance Improvement Plans to pressure them to quit, then absorb and distribute their leads/database. Rinse and repeat!
