Decent base salary, some pretty cool people work there, cool owners, free coffee, an ocean full of people to cold call that could potentially turn into commission
Cons
Commission takes months, if not years, to become significant enough to make a living off of. Managers do the same job as the people on their teams, leading to a huge conflict of interest and abuse of power; Coworkers steal any leads you have in the pipeline without blinking if they can; Managers ONLY care about numbers and will cut you loose in a heartbeat if they aren't making money off you THEN (they don't care about deals in the pipeline because there's 100 vultures circling as soon as they see a wounded animal); Finally, no upward mobility....managers do THE SAME JOB as entry-level employees
