Pros

The uncapped commission structure is very motivating. What you put in is what you'll get out. Don't know of anywhere else you have the opportunity to make this kind of money. Fun office culture is a plus. Everyone is always willing to help. Work life balance is great- 2 weeks PTO and all holidays plus 1 week at Christmas and 1 week over the summer on July 4 week. Plus the opportunity to earn unlimited PTO.

Cons

Heavy cold calling for the first couple years, but it's worth it.

The only con I experienced was that they would call once a month to check on how you're doing with your project but that was just a slight annoyance.
