Pros
I had the opportunity to work at TCC for over 2 years. I had no degree but applicable work history and they gave me a chance. I took that opportunity and hit the ground running as an Account Manager. I regularly was given time and attention from my leadership and they put in the effot to develop my talent and guide me to success. Working at TCC is a very competitive enviroment and the industry rewards those of come in with a point to prove. If you show up, and you put in the effort, you can have great success here. The environment is cut throat and yes there are politics involved just like most work environments. The diffrence is that if you put in the effort at TCC, and you stay dedicated to growing your skills (which they will help you do), then you can make lost of money here.
Cons
Since the enviroment is highly competitive, most do not make it very long here. If you see yourself as a motivated competitive spirit, I highly reccommend you take the opportunities provided to you here and find that success. If you dont want to show up to office early and leave late, if you dont want to adapt to consistently changing strategy and environments, and you dont want to take risks and work hard, then this job is not for you.
