Sweatshop mentality, 50 year old sales tactics that don’t apply to modern day, repressive environment, inconsistent performance metrics, way below market base pay, and lack of real training.

Some good coworkers who mean well Free coffee Not much else

Cons

The Owners of this company treat you like they know you're going to leave. Because of this you feel a little offset and know they go through people fast. An owner actually asked a worker if he was retarded due to unclear direction of what the worker should do. The base pay is actually much lower than similiar roles at other companies. They tell you you have uncapped commission as a bonus, but that is an industry standard, not a bonus. This job is a glorified call center, don't be dismayed. They want you to have about 200 dials a day, and beg people for business when what your selling feels like a pyramid scheme.
