Terrible Company, don't waste your time

- Will hire anyone - Young group of peers

Cons

Definitely a place where gossip and favoritism play a big factor into the role. Minimal and subpar training, they basically just feed you to the sharks. The company hires people on the premise that you have unlimited potential on earning money, while beginning to work on a salary smaller than a Costco employee makes. Unrealistic metric goals. When you do actually start calling people the response is negative from the people being reached out to. Most people claim Triple Crown harasses them and are furious to even still be contacted. Literally the worst period of my life was spent working here. You will be surrounded by people who went to low ranked schools with useless degrees.

Pros

The only good thing about this company is that you can gain entry-level experience in the industry

Cons

There are really too many to list: Low compensation, degrading comments from management, terrible training, unethical policies. Over the span of a few years, my commissions were cut at least 3 times so the owners could buy expensive cars/houses. The owners don't care at all about their employees and they make you feel like you are worthless. If you enjoy being yelled at constantly, being publicly humiliated in front of your peers and receiving condescending remarks from two Boston guys with a chip on their shoulder, then this is the place for you.

Pros

Keely was a great branch manager. However, she is no longer there. So...no pros.

Cons

Low base salary Job entails cold calling all day. They micromanage you by sending out call reports 3 times a day. They expect 3 hours of phone time and 200 attempts a day. Managers have the same job duties as its employees which leads to a conflict of interest Training was awful. All they did was read powerpoints to you. The higher ups are incredibly rude. They berate their employees via email
