Pros

The company was previously tossed around between different investors before ION bought it. Previously couple of project managers and team leads used to dictate what was to be done. There was no room for any innovation and any new innovative idea was quickly hammered down. After ION acquired the company there was a short period of uncertainty as to what changes they would be doing. They started by investing in people and giving ownership to engineers and business analyst working on the project. Initially there was some confusion with this new methodology (Agile) but once the process gained traction it worked wonders for both the product and the people working on it.

Cons

None that I know of.

Pros

Good place to work if you are close to senior management.

Cons

No vision for growth, no direction from management, loosing clients, disrespectful to employees. Old TPT management is simply taking orders from ION management and relaying to employees. ION management had no clue what they are doing, seems like lack of acumen, required to drive product and company.
