      Unfortunately there are no good reasons to work at ESTA. I wanted to work in a place where I could contribute something to the community. Any philanthropic energy I had was beaten out of me, and then some. My experience was it was a dreadful place to be

      Pros

      The pay was good and people were friendly outside of my team. Central CBD location easily accessible by rain and good coffee nearby.

      Cons

      Workplace bullying was rife within the finance team. I would say good morning when I arrived and got no response. Manager was rude and humiliated me numerous times daily. When the bullying was reported HR did nothing to diffuse the situation.

      - Excellent shift rotations - Excellent salary - Great shift penalties - Good work / life balance - Well developed team work culture - Organisation is its own R T O

      - Management can have issues communicating with staff - Very authoritarian culture, especially from senior management - Limited opportunities for leave at times, due to nature of employment.
