      - leadership is based on who you are friends with, not skill or work ethic - shift work becomes hard on the body

      Pros

      In some roles you can actually help people, in spite of the processes which try to make this difficult.

      Cons

      Pay reduces every year (below inflation increases). No progression at all. Systems and supports constantly being reduced, with funding having been removed by the government. Upper management has NO IDEA what they're doing and don't care AT ALL about anyone but themselves. Culture is cut-throat and and toxic: it's all about about who you know not how good you are.

      I’m proud to work at Triple Zero and feel I am making a difference in people’s challenging situations. A great culture, fun working environment and very supportive management makes the job so enjoyable.

      Cons

      It’s a tough job to learn. Because of the complexity and importance of the job we are constantly monitored to ensure compliance.
