      - leadership is based on who you are friends with, not skill or work ethic - shift work becomes hard on the body

      Sounded interesting, could have been a good role

      Cons

      They misled me on salary band, were micromanaging around start date, misled on alternative locations, and clearly were not willing to pay market rates for what is a technological role in high demand. Didn’t know their IR laws, and were unprofessional.

      Pros

      Helping the community is the only thing that kept me there.

      Cons

      Victorian Government 'talk' by never follow through, ESTA was a great example of an organisation that pretended not to be government, but in reality - decided to pick and choose government policy or interpretation of policy to enable lazy management.
