Triton Digital is a great place to work: there is a large variety of technologies. Dev teams are pretty much free to explore any tech, even if it is for a simple proof of concept. This freedom is precious. There is a general 'how can I help' attitude which is really great. People are very talented, skilled and willing to help at any time. This is a very inclusive work environment with a great vibe.

Cons

Sometimes communication is a bit disorganized.
