I started to work at Triton this year and I was amazed to discover a great vibe and environment where employees have autonomy and shares the same passion for the products and the industry. Autonomy - Especially when it comes to the agile way of developing products. Self managed development teams. Camaraderie . Good friendly atmosphere on the production floors. Office are well located. Lot of bright light. Excellent salaries and benefits.

No cons so far....I think Triton deserves to be better know in Montreal.

Cons

No real ccos. It's a tech company so there are a lot of updates and changes. During these times it can be really busy and require some overtime.
