The people, the environment, culture, flexibility, opportunity to create your own destiny.

Cons

Digital audio is still nascent so the direction of the company has changed several times over a small amount of time. There is lack of focus and clear direction.

Pros

Great co-workers and a very flexible work schedule. Directors work well with their managers and so forth.

Cons

C-suite leadership is horrific; they only care about the bottom dollar. No vision as to where to take the product. All good employees left there are either miserable or over worked due to inept leadership.

Pros

The people. It is very hard to get hired there, the screening process is ridiculously difficult, as a result, the vast majority of the people who work there are extremely talented. Also, as a culture, they really don't like to let people go, so once you've proven you can meet or exceed the bar they set then it's pretty much up to you when/if you want to leave. If you don't fit in a position or if the position is done away with, they will find another place for you which is a rare plus to have in a team to work for. There are a lot of boomerangs who leave and come back because of this culture, it is hard to beat.

Cons

the screening process is ridiculously difficult, so if you want to get in there, be patient, and know your stuff.
