There’s plenty of room for growth at this company, and they truly foster an inclusive environment. The team is dedicated to making a positive impact on individuals with autism, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the work they do. You’ll find a supportive atmosphere with a strong sense of purpose.

As the company is still expanding, there are some growing pains. However, management is proactive in addressing challenges and making improvements to ensure the company runs smoothly. They are constantly striving to fix issues and ensure things are moving in the right direction.

Pros

I've had the pleasure of working at Triumph Behavior Support for several years, and it has truly been a rewarding experience both professionally and personally. As the Business Development Manager, I have witnessed the company's growth and have been part of multiple team changes, including the expansion of our service offerings, which has been incredibly exciting. As a part of the leadership team, I am also involved in various employee committees, collaborating with my colleagues across departments to ensure that our mission to provide exceptional ABA services to children with autism is realized. The company is always looking for ways to improve and encourage innovative thinking, which makes for a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. The office space at Triumph is welcoming and thoughtfully designed. I have a spacious, comfortable desk set up with plenty of natural light, which helps me stay focused and productive. The atmosphere is always positive and collaborative, making it a great place to come to work each day. Triumph hosts regular team-building activities and charity events that foster a sense of belonging and make work-life balance enjoyable. The company encourages continuous learning, and I’ve had the opportunity to attend industry conferences and workshops, which has expanded my professional development and knowledge in the field. The culture at Triumph can best be described in three words: Supportive, Ethical, and Empowering. Everyone here genuinely cares about one another's success and growth, both professionally and personally. Working with my coworkers feels like being part of a close-knit team where collaboration and mutual respect are at the forefront of everything we do. Triumph operates on strong values, focusing on integrity, quality service, and doing what is right for the children and families we support. It’s inspiring to be part of a company that holds such high ethical standards and constantly strives to make a positive impact. I am proud to be part of a company that not only provides exceptional support to children but also fosters an environment where employees are given the resources to thrive.

Cons

We did have some months where we were understaffed, causing a bit of a strain and a limit on the amount of cases we were able to accept. But that was resolved 6 months ago, allowing us to expand our services.
