I've had the pleasure of working at Triumph Behavior Support for several years, and it has truly been a rewarding experience both professionally and personally. As the Business Development Manager, I have witnessed the company's growth and have been part of multiple team changes, including the expansion of our service offerings, which has been incredibly exciting. As a part of the leadership team, I am also involved in various employee committees, collaborating with my colleagues across departments to ensure that our mission to provide exceptional ABA services to children with autism is realized. The office space at Triumph is welcoming and thoughtfully designed. I have a spacious, comfortable desk set up with plenty of natural light, which helps me stay focused and productive.
