      Pros

      There is plenty of opportunity for those who want it. They truly value promotion from within, which is good, but has proved to be a double edged sword in certain situations. Company is expanding (not to be confused with growing).

      Cons

      Poor pay. Very slow to evolve in many areas. IT and HR are in over their heads big time. Not a very fun place to work. Loyalty outweighs performance, and it shows in results.

      Pros

      Great coworkers lots of motivated people. Your co workers will help you but upper management is self centered

      Cons

      Terrible pay. You are expected to work 50 hours a week but are paid as if you work 30. Benefits are ok but health insurance will cost you half your paycheck. If you want to do more than scrape by I don't recommend working there.
