      Pros

      Good opportunity to learn the industry. Company is dedicated to growing their employees skills through extensive training. Focus on promotion from within. Treat field staff well with company sponsored outings.

      Cons

      They are on the low end of the compensation curve. The main opportunity to earn a lot is through extensive overtime (readily available). Management forces annual employee turnover. Senior management plays favorites quite openly. If you're not identified for advancement quickly, take your experience and move on. Non customer facing positions are not really valued.

      Solid company. Good growth opportunity. Growing company. Training and education are encourages (if not mandated)!

      Long hours, but I knew that when I accepted the position.
