Triumvirate's employees are disposable.

Pros

Triumvirate will hire without experience and invest in employee training. Most employees are hard workers and given a lot of responsibility.

Cons

The hours are too long and the mangers are too young and inexperienced. Working at TEI was the worst job I've ever had. Thankfully, it can only get better from here on. I'm glad I got having a bad job out of the way early in my career.

Pros

Co-workers are amazing. Executives always looking for creative ways to expand the company and ensure its vitality. Good place to start your career. Learn what you can and then move on. It's a job.

Cons

Hours are extremely long. 60 hr/wk with overtime pay for Chemists. 50 hr/wk minimum with no overtime pay for administrative positions, yes, they found a loophole. Pay is inadequate, especially given the hours expected. Employees start with 12 accrued paid time off days the first year (this amount includes sick days). This insufficient given the hours worked. Some employees have not been given a raise in over two years. Work/life balance is not respected - the company comes first. Company morale is very low. Executives are out of touch.

Pros

Get to work with really good people- co workers and have ability to learn more- they do hire very smart people- some of the best in the industry- and you can learn from them. You get to work at some of the most interesting places around too and see some unbelievable things

Cons

Pay is not comenserate with type of work, education, skill level and responsibility. As a chemist all responsibility lies on you- you are at the end of the food chain. More like a frat house than a buisness. They do not practice what they preach- change is good. Benefits are not fair for the work load either. Responsibity is a good thing so long as it all doesn't rest on your shoulders for minimal pay. Increases in money is expected to come from increased hours not pay.
