      Pros

      Lots of experience in a very short amount of time.

      Cons

      60 plus hours. Company believes in pushing you to your limits and then some. Favoritism is a thing.

      The work life balance was appreciated, but comes and goes. Good support from management.

      Cons

      You are no better than the next. If you have to go, you will go. No room for development, no room to learn. Claims an Equal Opportunity Employer, I wouldn't got that far. Company has a very white agenda.

      Fieldwork staff are pretty cool to work with and understanding

      Cons

      Long random hours, 60+ hrs/week, bad hourly rates (reasons why they are happy to point out working more makes more), over the top paperwork for "safety" and timesheets
