      there are no pros to the job

      Cons

      Everything about that company is a con. The turnover rate is crazy people quit after 1-2 weeks of work and then the managers lie to you and say it's because they're not hard workers. NO its because the company is horrible and tries to pay eagerrecent grads peanuts to put their life on the line. and all these reviews that have 4 and 5 stars are from managers that are trying to skew the perception of the work place. DO NOT get lured into working for them, they're a company that is very shady and will not protect you from chemical and physical dangers. If you do one thing wrong, they fire you after they wasted weeks or months of your time trying to go through the recruitment process.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and some mid level managers who actually really do care about there employees and will go out of there way to make sure their employees are happy. Also pto is better than most expect.

      Cons

      low starting pay, and crazy hours. Some work is cool, most is really boring. You need to work 60 hours a week just to make a normal starting salary. CEO and upper management are focused on money and not employee happiness, this causes a HUGE turnover rate and a bad company culture. Seeing all your friends leave because they are not happy really brings morale down.

      Pros

      Learning a lot very quickly, getting exposure to tons of industries, meeting and networking with numerous people, lots of opportunity to get additional training if you are willing to put in the effort, good coworkers in the field

      Cons

      Work-life balance is terrible, managers are not great, high turnover rate, communication is poor throughout the company, not very good compensation for the hazardous nature of the job
