Pros

Pros of the job are good benefits although a little costly and really enjoyed the co-workers, everyone works together to complete the task/job..

Cons

Cons of the job, well if you like mental abuse this is the place for you, corporate management does not mind cussing a worker out and talking employees like they are trash, what have taken the local company years to build have only taken corporate management a few years to tear down, the way things are going they will be out of business soon, if you choose a job here good luck and get ready for mental abuse.

Pros

Some of the people at Triumvirate are great and you will have some very knowledgeable coworkers. The health benefits are decent.

Cons

The hours are long and the pay isn't really adequate even if it were only 40 hours per week. There is no work life balance as meetings are often scheduled outside of expected working hours with no regard for employee commitments outside of work (family, activities, etc.) Upper management does not really know what goes on in any department. Very poor communication throughout the entire company. Decisions are made with little information given, sought after, or available and are not always in the best interest of the project, department, or employee at hand.

Pros

they will hire you with little training, the trainings and certs they give you are great

Cons

long hours little pay no advancement -AT ALL they promised the world to me but stuck me on OSS jobs that wouldn't help me advance my job. I agreed with a sales person (he will remain nameless) that since I wont be able to take the Chem tests they would give me quarterly bonuses. that never happened... after asking multiple times about the bonus I was then told I had to take the tests to advance... (the client loved me too. I ended up taking a new job doubling my salary. for those who need work right out of college only use this as a stepping stone. don't stick around too long u will go crazy just look at the chemists that have been there for 2-3 years.
