      There is good amount training

      Cons

      - Dangerous job you'll be doing solo - no hazard pay - low pay - bad management - terrible hours - expectation of overtime - heavy pressure to drive hazardous waste around even though in the interview process this is not mentioned - the pay increase on becoming a driver is 1-2 $/hr with a time increase of upwards of 3-4 hrs on your workday - understaffed/overworked - management unable to handle amount of accounts and things going on they a mostly unaware of what goes on at client site outside to the manifest they see on the back end - offer 23/hr for new environmental specialist which is garbage to the amount of work and the danger of the work - NO UNION

      Pros

      You get exposed to a lot of different niches in the EHS world, most specifically in the healthcare industry. It is definitely a great place to learn from, and the experienced gained is highly valued at other companies. Great company to make connections internally and externally.

      Cons

      Management could do a better job at managing employees. Favoritism is very prevalent. Hard work is often not recognized by upper management. Vacation time to start out really sucks. You would have to work pretty much 12 years at the company to get 30 days of PTO allocated. Long days, early mornings. Favoritism is very prevalent.
