Pros

Working with the clients. Local management was decent.

Cons

Upper management was unaware of what happens on the front lines yet touted themselves as being so supportive. Upper management rarely interacted with clients or front line staff.

Pros

The job itself is incredibly rewarding and a wonderful learning experience. Forming bonds with your clients is one of the best parts of the job. The hours are flexible and you are able to work in many different areas of the company.

Cons

My main issue was the hours. They were flexible, but your days off and shifts differ each week or month. I worked with this company for a year and never had a consistent schedule and that would be difficult for someone who has children/school.
