      Being able to help serve population.

      Cons

      Overworked and Underpaid direct care staff. Undervalued management team. Leadership team needs valued over subordinates and operations. Simple requests or requests for practical items needed to run day to day operations did not happen or took long period of time to have happen.

      Pros

      Client interaction, teaching skills and seeing the growth of clients.

      Cons

      Management does not support their employees. They are selfish and have lost several wonderful staff members due to lack of appreciation and morals.
