Pros

Benefits can be nice however they take them away periodically to “budget” for other things. Aka higher ups raises.

Cons

Everything else. Horrible management. Ran by men with a need for power. A nonprofit that only cares about profit and getting the CEO a new vacation home.

Pros

Boise has a phenomenal work place culture. I've never worked anywhere where I've felt heard and felt like what I said mattered. The clinical director, my boss, down to the intake staff is just awesome. I feel valued, I feel happy, I feel like I have a really high job satisfaction which I never thought possible. The team we have had just been awesome. Every day I actually enjoy coming to work. I hope it never changes as there's something truly special in Boise.

Cons

Sometimes you have to deal with challenging situations from clients that can make it tough on your heart. But it's worth it.
