      Changes in management at all levels in Trivium have seen some improvement and reason for a somewhat positive outlook - despite challenges in the market.

      Cons

      Still too top heavy and ruled by "group" who are far removed and in many cases out of touch or toxic. Many in power have a poor measure of the true state or choose to ignore tackling or acknowledging issues for their own gain.
