Pros

Good secure company with massive opportunity to progress, fantastic earning potential and to work in various countries around the world. In the whole a good team of workers willing to work as a team and get the job done.

Cons

Blame culture, under handed tactics by management to avoid responsibility. When the managers are challenged or asked to assist with a problem, they seem to be more interested in sitting on conference calls or attending meetings. When you do get to speak to a manager or HR they will chase you on, and let you know they have no time to listen to you as they are about to go into another meeting. This includes constantly looking at a clock on the wall or their watch clearly not paying attention to what you are saying. If you request a copy of the notes made in your meeting you are told there are no notes as the meeting never happened. Do not appear to have an idea on how you may want a task to be done, this will incur the wrath of management and HR.
