Open office-space; available balcony w/fair views; casual dress -- that's about it folks, sorry to say.., really not worth your time or sanity .

Cons

Very quite and boring workplace; overly-talkative controller; seemingly invisible or unintelligible company culture; company socials or get-togethers, I think next to 1 or 2 if none; VERY HIGH TURNOVER
