Upper management are "micro managers". They offer you "bonus" money then snatch it away when you don't meet the goals that they haven't even given you yet because they can't make decisions or follow through with anything in a timely manner. They treat the associates as a means to an end ONLY, don't be upset when you get escorted out like a criminal. Benefits suck. Some of upper management reeks like alcohol on some days, very unprofessional. The AC doesn't work in half the building in an effort to "retain cash on hand" and the heat is kept very low, when it does work. The only thing keeping them alive is a patent that will expire so no future here.

Challenging environment that can be overwhelming at first, but leadership does a good job making sure employees are aware of the job requirements up front. The company has great opportunities for career advancement with a very bright future.
