Pros

Great coworkers. Employees helped each other when problems arose.

Cons

GM created a very toxic enviroment. I don't believe a single employee cares for this person. To date 23 people have left Troxler this year.

Pros

Fast paced, sometimes a bit frantic. Ability to gain experience in multiple areas. Some wonderful employees who are more than willing to teach and share.

Cons

At times the company seems to bounce from crisis to crisis. Many things don't seem to be a priority until it's time to "put out a fire". Little commitment from management to improving the product quality, customer experience, or manufacturing efficiency. A small company with a big company "you're just a number" feel.
