Great opportunity for someone starting their career and wanting to learn more about higher education. Lots of time off and great hours.

Cons

Extremely low pay. $12 an hour for a professional role that requires a bachelors degree. Horrible management. The directors do not care about employee development. They treat former employees like strangers after years of service. Lots of favoritism to the point of potential legal issues.
