Flexible schedule, a few hard working employees, and good benefits
Cons
Overworked and underpaid. Pay at Troy is much less than any other higher education institution with the same position. Many employees come and go when they won’t and don’t work, which puts more on the good employees. Leadership does nothing about misconduct of employees.
