Pros

Good benefits and caring employees. The work hours are not bad and I do have a supervisor that listens. My coworker is wonderful and is on top of everything.

Cons

Salaries are low compared to other institutions and very little room to move up. There are very few career workshops available to enhance a person's career and more could be done to make sure students know exactly what is available to them at the University.
