I learned a great deal at Troy and had truly incredible colleagues who went above and beyond for their students and for me. Troy is a gem in the Tampa market.

Cons

Disparity among staff members doing their fair share. Lack of basic computer skills in some was acceptable for their seemingly charming personality. Constant dissemination of incorrect information

great working environment, team work as family, really nice campus and a lot of possibilities to move around.

Cons

hiring freeze right now, salary and benefits are not that great but if you live in the area, it can be alright.

Pros

Great people. Reasonable quotas. Flexible work environment that did not require you to be in the office all the time. Pension eligibility if you stay long enough.

Cons

Very limited room for upward mobility outside of main campus. Upper management extremely resistant to change or modern models of networking, especially social media. Lower than average salary.
