Pros

small city, less competitive, it has student's best tv station. It is a good place to get trained.

Cons

workplace is small and there are few workers (most them are students) who work there.

Pros

Time off during the holidays, tuition assistance and discount. Health Benefits. Depending in the area that you work for you can be appreciated and treated with respect. Working with young adults and see them flourish during their college career is very rewarding. Seeing first hand basis how caring the faculty are is an added bonus.

Cons

Nepotism very prevalent through out the University. Pay is not equal based on education or experience but more on whether you are a family member and or liked by upper management. There are a lot of chiefs and not enough Indians. Very cut throat environment.
