Pros

The many locations and campuses create a wider range of job opportunities for people who may otherwise not get work elsewhere.

Cons

If one gets in as adjunct, which is basically part-time, there is no guarantee for enough work. There are also largely no benefits.

Enjoyed working with my coworkers. Only busy during registration. A great regionally accredited school. No telemarketing!

Cons

Low salary compared to most university's. They only cover 3 classes per year (graduate).
