Pros

There really arent any, unfortunately.

Cons

Very low pay No bonuses or raises, ever. Once yearly you get a "cost of living increase" of up to .33 but its not a guarantee. They base it upon work performance with ambiguous stats that management cant tell you how to improve on or explain where the numbers come from. Extreme favoritism All hands meetings only apply to the departments not on the phones. Benefits arent good, cost a fortune and dont cover much. Dental is even worse and covers very little and no major work. Management is beyond hostile and extremely verbally abusive and no one, not even HR, will do anything about it even when multiple people have made complaints with proof. Your job security is frequently threatened over monthly stats with no idea how to improve them, such as the amount of payments collected, but patients refuse to pay. Now they are firing and laying off people so they can move the business overseas while cramming down our throats how happy we should be and excited about the new and upcoming changes. There is zero consistency across the teams except for poor management skills and extreme favoritism. They also have HIPAA violations by a lot of reps and do nothing about it. If the clients knew the real truth about things patients are told the company would be out of business. There are so many other issues that make this company terrible but not worth wasting more time on them.

Pros

Decent medical benefits, dental isn't great, offers vision, 401k with matching up to a cap, no weekends, almost no required overtime, holidays paid off, semi flexible schedule.

Cons

The list is long though the more pressing ones are the company does not value their employees. They say that they do but actions say that they don't. They are all about saving a buck while actually causing more money to be spent. They will keep around employees that are non productive including management while letting good hard working employees walk because they are tired of the treatment. The don't bother to take employee referrals for hiring although they will send an automated message asking if you endorse the person, then just ignore anything you say. Some management is nothing more than a seat filler. They have their favorites and it is well known because they can do anything they want, including jet off on vacations taking their laptop with them and then "cant work" doing what they are required to do and it is passed on to someone else while they continue getting paid for being on vacation. If you are friends with the manager or supervisors then its fine. Most phone teams are full of 90% that don't follow the rules, cause more complaints than they solve, give inaccurate or blatantly lie to the guarantors and 10% of workers that have to pick up the pieces and try to resolve the issues when they callback three, four, five times because they had other reps that just don't care and are simply there to collect a paycheck and nothing more. It does no good to go to HR or higher management because you will be labeled the problem while you continue to do your job with almost none of the tools to do so. They want quality but push quantity and have nothing but empty threats for those that constantly call out, give wrong information, get client or patient complaints etc. They won't terminate the bad ones and there is zero compensation for the good ones. No bonus, no pay raise, monthly evaluation on bogus metrics with zero explanation for how it is graded or how to improve.

Pros

ETO is little decent at this work place.

Cons

Facts: 1. The company is behind with there tech. 2. HR will threating everyone that they can see the reviews on here. Its very hard for a company to find out who you are when you post on glassdoor. Just don't use your job title. 3. This company is a stepping stone to your career. 4. A lot of people who work in IT, don't have IT degrees. 5. There barely any career opportunities. 6. Management are very narrow minded with there business decisions. 7. The company loves to kiss the butts of the shareholders and put there employees last. Imagine getting an 50 cents raise for work that you have done the entire year. Also, health insurance costs 200 per paycheck. If you want to add another family member to this plan, you will pay extra 600 a month. 8. The company only drug tests there employees once. There a lot of employees that do drugs. If they did a drug test tomorrow, a lot of people would get fired. 9. The company outsourced a lot of jobs to India. Therefore, this is not an custom of putting people first. 10. This company tells you that we are a family which is huge red flag because family use each other. 11. HR loves to downplay situations in order to protect the company. Its important to print out emails, take screenshots of texts. Also, in the state of Alabama, you are allowed to record people talking and you don't have to tell them you are recording them. 12. When people leave this company, they often get paid a lot more when they are doing the same job duties. 13. There barely any training on the company software that employees have to use on a daily basis. When you try to ask questions, coworkers get very irritated. 14. The company outsourced there helpdesk to a third party who don't know what they are doing. 15. If management is having a bad day, then you will have a bad day. 16. The company offered a package to a lot of there older employees because the company did a study that a lot of there work force was not young. People where scared not to take the package because they would get fired later down the road.
