CPSI is a responsibly run public company that consistently turns a profit and pays dividends and profit sharing bonuses. The culture is friendly and customer oriented. They've never performed mass layoffs.

Cons

One key to CPSI's success is cost management. Salaries are low and perks are few. The work is usually quite tedious.

Good medical and dental benefits for full time employees. Good schedule for call center when in college and need an evening shift.

Cons

Poor training when moving up the ladder and they take advantage of good, hard working employees. Favoritism was shown when disciplining employees and distributing work load.

Cons

Extremely poor management, relatives and friends excel without talent and ability. High School mentality that reeks of unprofessional behavior. Poor product and poor support. Uncompetitive wages and per diem barely buys dinner.
