Pros

Laid back environment, no stress, no pressure to perform. Great benefits, nice people, and a lot of eye candy.

Cons

Non-challenging / interesting work. Mandatory Saturday "work days" when a deadline wouldn't be met because a product manager dropped the ball.

Pros

CPSI has a great culture and values. They are very understanding of your life outside of work. They also have great benefits and most people are able to move up in their career at CPSI. The working environment is very positive.

Cons

The cons of CPSI are that the salary starts off extremely low. Also, sometimes things are so busy, that it is hard to get outside help from upper management. However, if you are patient, they will help eventually.
