I have worked here a long time and have loved every minute up until the last few years. Work from home, benefits, and coworkers are still great, however, management has gone downhill and the focus has turned to profit over people and it no longer feels purpose driven

Cons

Lack of purpose and values in management, change in ownership leaves everything feeling uncertain. Employees feel disregarded, unheard and dismissed.
