Used to be a great company until current leadership was put in place.

Mass layoffs, current employees are all worried about their jobs and very low pay raises.

Company is based in USA (Mobile, AL) Open ETO/PTO One up management is willing to work with their employees

Cons

Majority of workers have now been outsourced or using overseas cheaper labor Company states it puts people first but what they really mean is that they put the top execs and customers first. Loyalty to its working employees is close to nil Benefits like healthcare insurance is high cost for the amount of benefit provided Bonuses only available to upper management and execs. Working employees no longer qualify. And the yearly raises are at minimum offering if at all.

Great ETO once you are established.

Cons

Used to have amazing benefits but as most businesses, they are becoming less appealing. End of year bonuses are slowly drying up as well.
